Great views from the 26th floor. Huge apartment and well laid out. Secure parking and complex. Fantastic location. Very short walk to the beach and Cavill Avenue. Only minor issues were the pillows and the lack of some basics in the kitchen like baking trays and pans and sharp knives. The heated pool was also nowhere near the 26 degrees it was advertised to be.

10min walk from Surfer Paradise main centre, great location and views were spectacular.
Great value for money, room could have been cleaner though and had to be careful in the room we got of uneven floor and lips in tile flooring to not trip or stub toes.

Our room was generally quite clean, and comfortable, however it was generally tired and in need of refurbishment. Particularly in the bathroom. I am never a fan of shower over bath arrangements.

Very easy check-in and pleasant staff at reception. The apartment had good views of other towers (great sight at night) and a canal area. The apartment was spacious and well laid out … not “boxy.” Artique is moments away from a light rail stop which makes commuting very easy and inexpensive. I would definitely return.

The view was definitely the best part of this rental unit. It was stunning! But the apartment itself had stains everywhere, broken lamp shades, peeling chairs, dirty walls and floors, and an extra blanket that was folded up with questionable material on it. Staff were very nice and helpful, but the check in late process is kind of confusing as well as where to park when checking in late. If the view wasn’t so fabulous I would give this place 1 to 2 stars.

Lovely staff, check in and out process easy with excellent communication right from initial booking. Lovely bright and spacious 2brm unit with great views. Very clean. Fabulous anmenities. Only slight downside would be room beginning to show age and wear and tear. Would definitely stay again though.
