Another comfortable stay whilst in the CBD for a heavy week of study. Thomas on front desk accomodated an after the fact two extra night add on, meaning I didn't need to change rooms which was greatly appreciated. Slight concern with water pressure one morning, but it was a bigger issue than one room (it happens) which was outside the staff's control. Meal options are good value for those time poor or not wanting to head outside the property. Frequent user and will continue to do.

The shower in my room made a horrible screeching and thumping noise from both hot and cold taps which made having a shower very unpleasant. Then at midnight I had to listen to the room next door using their shower that was also screeching and thumping. The plumbing needs to be fixed.

Family room worked out great for our family of 3. They held our bags in locked room until we check-in. Check-in was easy and fast. Called the desk because our room was too hot. They turned on the air conditioning in our room and then it was comfortable. Checkout was just leave the room keys at front desk.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, the pancake maker did not work, and the range of jam was not good but the staff where excellent, the baked pancakes for us in their kitchen and brought me around differed jams. We can recommend this hotel to anyone. The price per room and the location is an excellent choice

This very economical hotel is run by pleasant staff and is located within a stone's throw of Southern Cross station all tram routes and easy access to the key attractions in the city. The rooms are clean and very well appointed. Great value for money.

Check in was a breeze with super helpful and friendly staff. I had a complication which was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I was upgraded to a king single as I was alone and the room was actually nicer than a standard queen room. It's always beautiful and clean, everything you need is supplied and the rooms are very spacious. I always sleep well there as you can barely hear the neighbouring guests. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the central atrium thingy, it is unique and rather wonderful, with real plants in places (even the fake ones look real) so that gives it a really nice vibe. There is a safe and secure smoker's lounge on the premises which is kept lovely and clean. This is also a unique feature, and as a lone (smoking) traveller, I appreciate the safety of not having to smoke on the street outside. It is definitely my favourite place to stay when visiting the city; either for leisure or for business.
