Welcome crew at front desk, very helpful and super friendly, call out to Michael, extremely friendly. He helped with check in, parking, confirmed breakfast was included and explained checkout express. Rooms were super clean and daily cleaned promptly. The breakfast is delicious and very very presented. I am looking forward to my next visit to Melb and I will be staying again at Mecure Southbank. Thanks

our room was great , i would have preferred firmer pillows and crockery for coffee mugs but apart from that it was exceptional, close to everything!

Disappointed this time around with the cleanliness of the room. Kitchenette doesn’t get cleaned properly by housekeeping. Found someone’s note and lots of dust bunnies on the bench. Nothing to clean their dishes with. Rubbish under beds that my kids found and bathroom floor needs a good clean Buffet was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect walking distances to city.
