Beautiful view

Great room (Deluxe King with river view). Clean, quiet, excellent location and price!

Staff were friendly, room was clean...and was set up for wheelchair/ handicapped access...which was not required

Nobody at checkin desk. Waited for ages and had to get cafe staff to go get someone. Same again later when we had to validate parking. Room not seviced so had to go and request extra tea and milk. Paid a high price for a busy time, so expected better staffing.

Great location, room was spotless and really comfortable, staff were all so friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast and room service too.

Comfortable clean room in the ideal location, close to Flinders Street Station, Southbank and the Casino. Not a fan of the Self-Check in as it takes away the personal contact that you require if you are in a new city. Also always seem to be allocated a low level room (This time Level 2).

Cleans rooms, the room was a good size

Decent room size and clean. I like that it had a tiny kitchenette and a mini fridge. Lots of bathroom bench space. However our air conditioning didn’t work. Maintenance (lovely man) tried to fix it around 7.30pm but within a couple hours we realised it still wasn’t working. Given it was late at night and with young kids we didn’t want to have someone trying to fix it during the night, so it was warm and uncomfortable overnight.

Stafff, clean room, amenities and happy hour.

Room was fine, standard. Breakfast standard. Good location. Multiple time found an empty reception. The staff often acted like you were an inconvenience for waiting for staff. I took my luggage tag to reception and asked for my luggage and the guy said where is it and then huffed and puffed when I didn’t know. My husband took the luggage in so I wasn’t there - surely it’s their job to know which room it’s locked in? Our washing line was broken, we asked for it to be fixed on day 1 as we had wet beach things - day 6 check out and it wasn’t fixed. Wouldn’t stay again.

Very good staff. Great hotel location. Room was dated - could do with an upgrade.

The room was in excellent condition. The location was great.

Everything was great. Clean, front of house lady was lovely, early check in. Comfortable bed. Great location. One thing that could change is proper mugs/cups in the room. Plastic cups aren’t nice to have coffee or tea in.
