I and my sister enjoyed our stay at Regis. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to standard twin room. The room is quite huge and was cleaned every day. We always get our towel replaced. No sound of elevators and the bed is so comfy. Perfect location for this hotel and you walk to basically any tourist attractions in Sydney.

Love the location of this hotel, and the staff are lovely! Even saying good morning to cleaners as we pass, lovely environment. The bathrooms are a little small but for a shorter stay where we were out of the room most days it’s perfectly fine. Didn’t even need to use the heating on this stay as there must’ve been central heating through the building or something. Have stayed before and will stay again

The staff were helpful and friendly , the hotel was clean and looked like it had not long been refurbished or updated, the room was good , clean and well presented, except for the shower , it was hard to adjust the water temperature and pressure even though the shower had instructions for this. I would stay in the hotel again 🙂

The hotel is very old and tired. Rooms are very small but adequate. The rooftop pool and deck area is very old and tired. I doubt anybody ever uses it. The laundry was locked so I can't comment on the amenities. The main plus was location. Right opposite the Metro so easy to get to Central Station. I wouldn't stay there again.
