I and my sister enjoyed our stay at Regis. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to standard twin room. The room is quite huge and was cleaned every day. We always get our towel replaced. No sound of elevators and the bed is so comfy. Perfect location for this hotel and you walk to basically any tourist attractions in Sydney.

We stayed on the 9th floor, it was very quiet, the room was very clean, bathroom was a bit small. The staff were helpful and it was conveniently located in the city centre.

On entering the hotel we were met by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless and it had everything we needed. There was plenty of tea, coffee etc too. On leaving the hotel we needed to staple some cabin details on the handle of our cases for our cruise and the staff did it for us and we were able to leave our cases until it was time to go to the to the, they were so kind.

The hotel is very reasonably priced, given the location. They have been working on upgrades, I believe--new desk and hutch with great coffee and glassware amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were clean/soft. The downsides were (1) not very hot water for the shower and (2) the whole hotel has an old hotel smell. It was pretty oppressive. But, again, I believe they are working on upgrading the place and the price was excellent.

Great location but I was traveling for work and this wasn’t really great for business travelers. Check in was a really long wait. Room very dated. Staff nice and very convenient location though.
