YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites

The rooms overlook a highway and are not appropriately sound proofed. This is not ideal for those on business staying here. Additionally the beds are extremely hard (more than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in). There were dents and scratches everywhere and the room is insanely tiny. Wouldn’t stay here again

An old hotel which has had some renovations completed that has modernized parts of it. Our room was updated and very clean, however it was small. Barely room to move. The bathroom was lovely and new but no bench space for anything which was annoying. The balcony was standing room only, you couldn't fit a chair out there. The rooms were close to each other therefore it was extremely noisy. Our neighbours had no respect and aswell as talking loudly, they were banging their doors closed, constantly late at night and very early in the morning at 6.30am. The corridors were small and narrow. The renovations in the rooms seem nice enough however the corridors look like they need more work. The pool and spa is outdated and the gym had minimal equipment. The staff were lovely and the reception area was nice and cosy. Overall you will get what you pay for at this hotel. Having said this, we enjoyed our stay, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Hotel location was very handy, walking distance to Shopping malls and Oprah House. Rooms were very good/clean and staff very accommodating. Rooms had smart toilets which was a bonus. Check-in process for arriving via car and parking wasnt very clear though.

Try vacuuming under the bed.Lots of dust.

Excellent location close to Town Hall train station and 2 stops from Sydney Harbour. Rey easy to get around. Would definitely recommend.

Location for need was good. The room had a strong smell near or on bed. The gym area is very basic. Free weights and running machine, one power point for four running machine. No water, towels or wipe down equipment. Pool area was great 👍

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room has had no maintenance and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. We were due to stay for the weekend but ended up checking out a day earlier and we never got a refund. Other than the location I would avoid at all costs. Mismatched furniture in the room and tiny bathroom.

Rooms were outdated and in need of some maintenance

The property is ok, but the services are not good as aspected, with broken elevators and coffee machines. My wife lost her white color coat when the hotel the room cleaning staff mistakenly collected the white coat with hotel white towels together and never return to us.

It’s a fine place for a few nights a little run down and the room we were in was small perfect for us as we just used it to sleep in. However if you are going to spend time in the room get a bigger room. Place def could use a refresh, just felt a little tired. location was good we were able to walk everywhere we needed or wanted to go

Excellent location clean hotel

Room was poorly cleaned -( hairs etc in shower) and very old/tired. Cracked tiles in bathroom, dents in walls, leaking shower that flooded bathroom each time it was used. Very thin old towels Furniture old and very worn Staff were friendly and helpful
