Amazing location, lots to do just steps from the hotel,staff was amazing super friendly.

Jay at the front desk was amazing! Upgraded our room and checked us in early. Amazing experience will never stay in another hotel in Toronto :)

The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We stayed in an executive suite room and it was exactly what we needed with having a baby with us. The room was conveniently set up and clean. Bed was comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be the uncomfortable couch in the living room area but really the whole experience from the valet parking to check in and out all exceeded our expectations. Will be returning.

This hotel does not deserve 4stars it is clean but has no soul Staff is not well trained and lack attention to details The breakfast was acceptable but we tried to eat there for dinner and it was just fast food The amenities eere terrible às if we were in low rated hotel . Tiny sops tiny body cream and the rest attached to to the wall in tubes The bed was Yoo soft and the co RDS were minimal I will not stay there again

Perfect location for everywhere you want to go downtown Toronto, staff were so nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and very nice. It’s one of my favourite to go to when visiting.

Room was clean, but the shower was a mess. The adjustable shower head was broken. Also the door handle was loose so there was a visible gap between the door handle and the door. Everything else was great.

It’s an annual tradition for my daughter and I to attend the Canadian Auto Show. Our first room was dirty upon arrival. The bedding on the pull out couch to be specific which also had the distinctive smell of a sweaty night (for 2 people if you catch my drift) and drink rings on the coffee table. They showed us a second room which had the exact same issue. Ended up accepting a downgrade without any credit back to me although they said they comped parking and breakfast. Will check my account activity to see what I was charged for tomorrow. Forward to the next morning. We decided to stay another night so booked a new room. Once again we encountered the exact same problem minus the smell. Management said they would comp parking and breakfast again and said they would clean the room immediately but refused to give us a differ ent room to save us the wait. Eventually we settled back in and II took a shower. The bathroom floor was flooded when I got out. It was obvious after the fact that the bottom seal on the shower door had failed, and the drain was backing up and spilling g over the raised threshold. Had to mop it all up using every available towel in the room. Fed up with speaking to the dismissive managers, I decided to leave and book the Soho instead. Will be trying to get a refund for the night we didn’t end up staying but will avoid this hotel in future and perhaps even the hotel chain altogether based on the treatment I received despite being a member in good standing.

Very courteous staff. Room was clean, but not without a small issue of a leak in the tub faucet. Hot tub didn't seem to be working properly either, but other than those two things, everything was great.

Everything was amazing.

No free hot breakfast, paid parking, tv couldn’t connect to my phone, couldn’t use my either because the wall plug was too far from the tv,wifi was a little finicky.Other than that really good experience. Complementary water, stayed here to go see the carshow with my brother.Walk to 2-3 minutes.
