Très belle hôtel mais il n’avait pas d’eau chaude pour se laver.

I did not like that as a Hilton member the treatment was not with courtesy they were cold

La chambre est entretenue tous les deux jours. Ainsi, pendant nos séjours, aucune vérification n’est effectuée les jours intermédiaires. Les frais liés à l’eau sont à notre charge. Il s’agit du service de base inclus.

Amazing proprety and great staff

I would say the location is ok. I had something else pictured in my mind based on the pictures, but overall a nice place to stay

The restaurant is really good!

The pool was pretty great

Nice resort hotel near highways but out of the city center traffic. Hotel had restaurant on site. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Beautiful city. One pet peeve: refrigerator was tucked inside a cabinet with no ventilation so the interior gets hot and is basically wasting electricity. Needed to leave cabinet door open to have refrigerator work. Compressor will eventually fail as it is running continuously.

Clean room and magnificent property

We chose this property outside the city specifically for the resort amenities. The check in was great, the property is updated with fresh, modern rooms. The hot tub is a whirlpool that doubles as the main pool for the property - not hot and not the relaxing experience you may have in mind. The sauna was unfortunately cold when we visited after the whirlpool - this may have been due to previous guests or an issue with the sauna as it was operational again before check out. The beautiful plunge pool with waterfall in the photos is fenced off and empty. There is a beautiful social fire area that wasn't lit for use unfortunately. There were no signs of life around the resort at 945pm on a Saturday so went instead went into the city. I politely mentioned my disappointment with the cold sauna and lack of hot tub after specifically booking for that reason and the staff at check out rolled their eyes. Overall the hotel would be good for a day of golf but if you are looking for a spa experience, it may not be for you.
