​We had such a wonderful stay! The location couldn't be more convenient, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our time there. ​The breakfast was alright, though it's worth noting that made-to-order hot items like omelets come with an extra fee. The hotel itself definitely has a vintage feel, but they’ve done a lovely job decorating the interior to showcase a unique, unique cultural charm!

We were given an accessible room, which, if you don't need lower items or accessible room amenities, can be quite annoying. The room refrigerator does not have a freezer section. The pool was chilly, not truly heated as advertised. There was a lot of hair in it, and kept getting stuck to us. The breakfast was picked over by 9 AM on a Friday, with few options (2 cereals, some pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, toast/bagels and drinks). The hotel is slightly dated, but comfortable enough. It was quiet, and we appreciated that. Nice views of sunsets over Toronto, which is a solid 45 minutes away.

The carpet wasn’t clean, stench in the room as soon as we walked in. The bathroom smelled like urine. That was disappointing. Breakfast selections not as good as the Woodbine location. Today i found a rotten apple in the basket. That shows staff is not attentive in checking and refilling the food. Overall, not a great stay this time. Will choose the one in Woodbine next time. We had much better experience staying there last year.

Our stay was overall pleasant. The suite was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. However, there were a couple of disappointing points. The breakfast was quite limited and didn’t meet our expectations. Also, the jet tub was not clean—we found quite a bit of hair inside, which was unpleasant and should have been addressed before guests arrived. Overall, the friendly staff and clean suite made for a decent stay, but I hope the cleanliness of the jacuzzi and the breakfast quality can be improved.

It was a horrible experience from start to finish. We got the queen bed with jacuzzi in the room on the 4th floor. From the moment we entered the room a very strong stench of old sweat emanated from the room. Next the jacuzzi had hairs in it so suffice to say we did not use it. The bathroom was old and in disrepair. The wall by the toilet was peeling, the caulking around the shower was peeling off and the cold tap of the sink was broken. The bed was in it's own tiny room, where only one side had access to a side table. In the middle of the night I awoke to find myself sinking into the mattress. There was a gap running vertically down the left side of the mattress. A few days later we found bed bug bites all over the exposed parts of our arms and legs and face. Disgusting! As we arrived almost at midnight and the lighting in this suite is absolutely terrible, we did not notice until morning that the fabric covered bench at the foot of the bed had questionable stains on it that matched what we can all assume occurred from activities this jacuzzi room is being used for. The "breakfast" consisted of only carbs (muffin, bagel, pastry, toast, cereal). Eggs, bacon and hash browns are extra. This is the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had bar none.

The rooms were the worst part they had an old musky smell, the beds were super uncomfortable. Pillows sucked, breakfast wasn’t very good either next to no good selection.
