Convenient location, right across the Luohu port. There’s also a metro station right in front of the hotel. Hotel is spacious, bed is large, can even fit 3 adults I think. I had a very pleasant stay, will definitely come back

Luohu Railway Station is right across from the hotel. The location is extremely convenient for travel to and from Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The hotel lobby is spacious, comfortable, and elegant. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Well done to hotel team and management. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing especially the check in staff. Sad to say this was the only 5 star thing about the hotel. The hotel lobby is clean and modern, but once you get to the rooms its like getting taken back in time. Rooms are very dated, and just not up to the usual shangri la standard. Fixings were loose, screws protruding from door chain. The price was cheap, but with the shangri la name you still expect decent rooms. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, but will still stay in shangri la in other countries

Great location. transportation centre very easy to commune. Lowu shopping mall, restaurant, foods 5 mins walk. It's abit old but clean. Not much view in this location.

Second stay at this hotel. Wish there’s a pedestrian crossing with escalators to reach hotel from the railway & metro stations. The street in front of hotel is always busy & chaotic. Pedestrian walk in front of hotel is broken, busy & not even. Very convenient walk from back of hotel to restaurants & shops. Staff was friendly; room is clean & smells fresh. We had a room high enough to see the big square leading to metro & rail station. We enjoyed the stay.

This hotel is ideally located in the Lo Wu district of Shenzhen, public transport is within walking distance. The train station to Gaungzhou is literally across the road. There are many shopping areas nearby and you are also spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants too. The hotel is dated but still offers great value. The staff were very helpful and informative. I would have no hesitation recommending this establishment.
