Clean hotel, staff were friendly. Easy check-in and check out. Likes that the ‘locker’ room was self-service and easy to use. Although had to pay. But was a reasonable price.

Room was cool. Bathroom was small but OK. the shower is in the room, so water goes a bit all over, but thats a typical Danish thing really. Staff was great! drinks and stuff downstairs was available 24/7 without being over prices. really great place to stay over all. will come back.

The receptionist Sam was terrible rud. Refused to help us with WiFi issues and called us stupidity!! It’s the worst hotel experience of my entire travels. We also asked for an extra pillow and they said no.

Room was clean and staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful only gripe there is not enough room in the bathroom to get dried after a shower.

Normally I enjoy stays at this hotel but this visit was a disaster. First the room was insanely hot all the time with no ability to turn down the temp. Cracking the window in negative degrees just meant the room got extremely cold while sleeping. Secondly, there was some pipe or other knocking noise intermittently all night every night and loud enough it would wake me most times it kicked on. Probably on and off every fifteen minutes. Result, some kind of sleep deprivation chamber. Finally, not necessarily cabinns fault but added to the experience, some idiot pulled the fire alarm at 330am one night. The entire hotel had to empty into the courtyard for about 45 minutes in negative degree weather. Overall terrible 3 nights here. Not typical but worth noting
