Great hotel! Great location! Probably one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had. And the executive lounge was great and totally worth it. I would come back again. The rooms are small but that’s probably how all Copenhagen hotels are.

I stayed in the basic room on the east side which was non descriptive despite the hotels “luxury” status. However, the west side was being opened up during our stay which we had the pleasure of seeing where the rooms are bigger and include a patio - absolutely beautiful. If I were to return, I would choose the patio side.

Property is in a good location. Breakfast was not great. For them to clean your room you need to ask a day ahead. I asked them to clean day of and they did not do it. For the amount i paid feel like that is a bit frustrating. All and all, would not recommend.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from train station. Nice view of square if room in that side. My room 229 had carpet (not ideal) & closely faced back towards mechanical shafts of building which wasn’t nice, so kept curtains closed. If you have upgraded status, hotel has good lounge serving snacks 2-10 pm Huge shoutout to Stefan, hotel front staff, who was so helpful with the best recommendations. Will return!

Frustrating stay, unresolved AC issues and poor communication I had a persistent problem with the air conditioning throughout my entire stay. Initially, the main AC system was broken. Once it was supposedly "fixed," I was told the room actually used an "air cooling system" rather than a true AC unit—which explained why it barely worked. It felt like one excuse after another, and the issue was never actually resolved. Expedia eventually had to step in to respond. I was given a small fan after third night.
