Great staff and room

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and I would return, but my stay was affected by how a room issue was handled. I was initially on the fourth floor where the air conditioning was faulty, the room was very cold, and there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor near the service area. Despite attempts to fix it, it took over two hours to move me, and there was further delay in receiving the new room keys. One receptionist (whose name I didn’t get) was excellent — calm, reassuring, and helpful. She upgraded me to executive lounge access and resolved the air conditioning issue in the new room. Due to the delays and discomfort, I didn’t get to use the pool as planned, which was disappointing. The following morning, there was a slow leak under the sink in the new room, which maintenance attended. Positively, the hotel was spotless, the shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable, and amenities were good. Overall, I would stay again, but the initial issue could have been handled much faster.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ms. Mahmoud who checked us in and out was simply lovely and the gents who helped me with a combination lock/luggage issue were simply fantastic. Breakfast had great variety and rooms and lobby were clean and inviting.

The room was spotless and the staff were courteous.

Clean and well presented. Really nice and helpful staff, and pool is a bonus. Great stay, great location and would definitely recommend.

The best Hotel stay we have ever had in London. Staff where all Brilliant and the Hotel was Spotless. Breakfast was amazing, the best we have had around the world. Will be staying here from now on, every time we visit London.

The hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in. The room was stylish, the beds so comfortable and the facilities great. All the staff were friendly and attentive. There’s no kids menu in the Distillery bar, it would be great to rectify this.
