Dining experience was very nice and the staff was professional and very helpful. Directional instructions for Uber drop off was confusing so you may want to see how that can be improved for ease of guest arrival. Thanks

Modern, ideally located hotel with excellent restaurant and great views if you're on the right side. Unfortunately, the management are beyond slow to respond to issues raised, such as a team of footballers leaving piles of dirty kit and even underwear outside their rooms all along a corridor, where we had to pass. We complained on arrival, again 90 minutes later and for a third time after dinner and only when I took some of the washing and dumped it in the reception outside the Managers door did something actually happen!

A very disappointing stay. Save your money at stay at a local Premier Inn for half or more of the price - their rooms are much cleaner. Thick dust coating the room and surfaces, including the skirting boards. Stained brown toilet. Stains on towels. This is an expensive hotel for MK, and I have stayed in 20+ properties here over the past 18 months. For the price paid, this ranks at the bottom.

Hello. The overall stay was ok but while checking out the staff asked for outstanding balance of $20 for the dinner, when I never had dinner in the hotel. Of course I was not charged for it but its important to avoid mix ups. Thanks

The room was fine. I booked a room with a King bed but found it was two singles pushed together which was very annoying. The shower was also weak. It was relatively clean but really pretty basic.

Disabled friendly. Bedroom Door had two peep holes, taking into consideration wheelchair and small people. Light fitting and plug sockets were also taken into account. Plus the bathroom was set up as a wet room, including a high raise toilet. For security reasons you had a safe in your room, found inside a cupboard. Your key would only allow access to the floor were your room was. Plus the top floor for restaurant and bar. Ground floor for gym. The hotel was sound proof. You can order room service between 10 pm and 6am. They have a small menu to choose from. Minimum fee is £20. You pay as you order. Only set back is the hotel works on card payment only. So allow for this when you’re staying there. Usually when I stop in a hotel, I fine it difficult to sleep. This time I find the bed very comfortable and I felt rested the next day.
