Very basic and a nice bang for the pound. Nice staff and about a ten minute walk to two different Underground stations. Please note that it is a 15 minute Underground ride to where the main touristy London activities are, but the place is a lot more reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value. The room was immaculate, the shower had great pressure, and the front desk staff provided a warm and professional welcome. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly overshadowed by persistent loud banging from the floor above. While I am unsure of the exact source, the constant noise was quite disruptive and impacted the quality of my stay."

I had to stay in the sister hotel as my original room was occupied but the gentleman on reception was very apologetic and helpful and put me in a bigger room. All clean, warm and comfortable only downfall was there was loud music playing mostly through the night but apart from that I would definitely stay again as it’s easier for work sometimes.

Room was nice and housekeeping came daily which was helpful. Great location! Only thing that could have been better would to have been a garbage can in the room or bathroom. Would stay again!

We were near the laundry rooms/deposit on the underground floor. The room wasn't really cleaned the days we were there. The bathroom was claustrophobic with no venting.

Good value if booked in advance. We were given a bigger room than we’d booked.
Good location: 10-15min walk from Shepherd’s Bush, Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith tube stations. Also good bus connections up and down Shepherd’s Bush Road.
Generally good experience but the room was extremely hot, which strangely was not coming from the radiator. Better than being too cold but be warned. I woke up sweating both nights / mornings.

The room was tiny when using the toilet I had to have the bathroom door open, the sink didn’t drain properly and the the tv had a blob on the screen where it’d been damaged and not replaced.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay and wouldn’t recommend your hotel.
There was a half eaten sandwich in the fridge !!
The beds was very uncomfortable due to feeling the springs . This could have been rectified with a mattress cover.
The carpet was grubby and need cleaning.
In my opinion this was not a 3 star hotel.
