The room’s unique elegant design exceeded all our expectations. We had a standard two twin beds room. High ceilings, beautiful curtains, excellent bedding, lights fixtures, spacious room and bathroom, unbelievable bathroom fixtures, hardwood floors with a pretty rug and list can be continued. The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance of most everything in the city. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities. Breakfast had an expansive spread but wasn't refreshed quickly enough so at busy times of morning, some items were not available and the layout made it feel a bit chaotic. The hotel was adequate for a short stay.

This hotel was in a perfect location. Maybe a half mile walk from market Square puzzle. It was right by the train station at a mall so lots of food options around. The hotel itself was very historic, and the rooms were huge. It did everything we needed to position ourselves to explore Helsinki on foot

Lovely historic building. We stayed in a superior family room which had a super king sized bed and a large pull out bed. Bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower. Only criticism I would have is that breakfast was meant to be from 6.30 until 9.30 - please consider changing this to 10 but also many food options had already gone and not replenished when I got down for breakfast at 9 am.

The property was okay ,clean ,staff were nice and helpful but I think you should have aBell Boy to help with the luggages especially with Seniors that stayed longer.I observed most people stayed there for only 1 - 2 nights for meetings / Conference and has only I or 2 small luggages,what about others that has more luggages ? Check out our daughter has to go downstairs to get luggage trolley so we can put all our luggages at one time In addition, our room was comforble except no drawers to put our stuff . Drawers were located so high up that you need a stool to get your things if you decide to put away your things.

Check in and out were so simple and straight forward. The staff at this hotel were amazing, i would love to mention one person but genuinely they were all superb. The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed and good shower pressure. I only ate at the hotel once and can say the food from the bar was really nice. Overall I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in Helsinki.

This was a beautifully maintained hotel. It is located next to the central rail station. Perfect location and easy to walk to most of the sights. The rooms were spacious, clean and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast selection was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
