We stayed here last May. The location is excellent, right in front of the Bogor Botanical Gardens and within walking distance of shopping centers. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a medium-sized Betang Room and were very satisfied with our experience. The service was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, there didn't seem to be any other guests, so breakfast wasn't served buffet-style, but rather from a selection of options. Interestingly, the staff also offered to deliver breakfast to our room, and we could still request additional items like fruit, jelly, and toast. The room was comfortable, clean, and all the amenities worked well. Although the day was quite hot, the two air conditioners quickly brought the room back to a comfortable temperature. This place is perfect for families, as it offers many amenities, including a mini zoo, swimming pool, and a spacious area to relax. There are also paid activities like ATV, archery, and paintball for those who want to try additional activities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended for family vacations.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is not far from the city, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the swimming pool is also very clean, there is a playground area that makes the kids feel at home for a long time at the hotel. I'll definitely be back to stay at Bells' Place Sentul. It's conveniently located, there's no traffic, great views, clean rooms, complete amenities, delicious food, a photo booth, and fun activities like a balloon house, sports field, animal enclosures, and electric scooters. The kids are guaranteed to be happy.
