The service was very friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. I would recommend this place to friends in the future. The air conditioning was cold, the bathroom was clean, the room was spotless, and the service was top-notch. For those who don't like the hustle and bustle, Pancanaka is the perfect choice. It's very Zen, quiet, and not far from the city center. The staff is friendly and very helpful, but also maintains privacy.

Stayed here because I was taking care of my children who were starting college at UMY. The rooms are clean & the facilities (AC, TV, Water Heater) are all OK. The staff from the receptionist to the OB are all friendly. The surrounding environment is also nice & calm. Don't worry about looking for food because there are lots of places to eat on either side of the hotel. If you want to rent a motorbike, just look for information at the reception, because there is also a motorbike pick-up and drop-off service from the motorbike rental to the hotel, so we don't need to be tired anymore. Next time you want to bring your children to Jogja, you will definitely stay here again. ❤.
