I booked a deluxe room and they upgraded my booking to a premiere room for free 🥹❤️ The food is all nice, they serve it in my room because I stayed during Ramadan. It was pleasant, the receptionist was very friendly, and the morning food delivery person was also polite. The pool was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Overall, everything was fine; the room was clean, and all amenities worked. There were hot, cold, and neutral water dispensers, so there were no hassles.
