The service at the restaurant and bar was very satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am especially thankful to Zomi, chef Enjang, and Satria who also really cared for us while we were on vacation there. New director, Mrs. Susan, thank you for your warmest and success in your new job ❤️. Note: The supply of amenities such as towels, coffee or tea in the room, etc., needs extra attention. If possible, the supply should be adjusted to the number of guests staying in the room.

Just across the Mandalika Kuta Beach. Very nice view from the hotel restaurant. A lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. Nice room. Great place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Origin Lombok! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a magnificent swimming pool and lovely tropical gardens full of colorful flowers and bougainvillea, which truly enchanted me. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. A special thank you for preparing a delicious soup just for me when I arrived in the evening, even though it wasn’t on the menu! I also really appreciated how easily they arranged a late check-out for me. A peaceful and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special. I would love to return!

I really like it, there are lots of access to marts and coffee shops on the left and right, as well as small restaurants ranging from cheap to expensive. I really like the two pool areas, the sun shines directly on the area so it's perfect for me who likes suntanning! The hotel service is also top notch. Please, if you are a visitor, do motorcycle only. Well, mostly in Lombok it is more friendly to motorcycles because of the space too.

Affordable accommodation in the Kuta area with beautiful views and beachfront location. Perfectly located in front of Kuta Mandalika Beach. 5 minutes to the circuit. The staff are very kind and friendly.

Our stay at The Konkret Lombok was amazing. We booked the One Bedroom Villa with Private Pool for our honeymoon. It was an immersive first impression when we first walked into our unit. The feeling, the breeze, the seclusion, and all the amenities available in the villa is what made us impressed and truly satisfied with the hotel. We were worried that the private pool would be too small but it was sufficient for a couple! If you are traveling with a larger group you might want to book the Two or Three Bedroom Villa with a larger private pool. The one bedroom villa private pool was great and clean! The place really gave us that tropical and modern vibe, and was surprisingly well ventilated as there were AC and ceiling fans available for you to relax and enjoy yourself. Overall I had a pleasant and memorable stay here and would definitely stay here again when I come back to Kuta, Lombok.

Nice & clean hotel. The rooms are super spacious. The hotel staff is friendly & helpful. The fried noodles are delicious. To Kuta Mandalika beach just 800 meters away, just walk. Around the hotel are many cafes & restaurants. Recommended lah anyway!
