This hotel is in an amazing beachfront location. I highly recommend booking an Ocean View room. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to that incredible view was the highlight of my stay. These rooms also have a smart TV, so you can relax with Netflix. At the beginning of my stay, I was in a Premier King Room, which was nice, but it doesn’t compare to the Ocean View rooms. In my opinion, these rooms are better than all others including the penthouse. I’ve stayed at several hotels around Lombok, and the staff here are by far the friendliest and happiest I’ve come across. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and always smiling, which makes me think it’s a great place to work. The pools are beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers in both the sun and shade. The bar staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to help. If you choose a sunbed closest to the beach, be aware that the beach hawkers can be annoying and creepy. As a vegetarian, I was impressed with the number of menu options, and I found the food to be very reasonably priced. There’s also a convenience store directly across the road, so I bought my drinks there and kept them in my room, then ordered meals from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, but I’d recommend getting there before 9:00 am. After that, it became very busy, and the staff struggled to keep everything replenished, so the selection wasn’t as good. The location is another big plus. It’s easy to get a Grab to anywhere you want to go, and it’s a great base for day trips and tours around Lombok. I also preferred Senggigi over Kuta. While Kuta has some beautiful beaches, Senggigi feels like a true holiday destination. Kuta felt more like an airport and transit area by comparison. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, solo, or with young children, the hotel caters well to everyone. There are quiet spots to relax as well as family-friendly areas around the pools. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return ☺️🌴

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ready when I arrived, clean, and I got the room that was promised (which is wonderful). The area is easily accessible to many attractions, and the entire experience staying at Merumatta is wonderful. I would come and stay here again.

Located on the beachfront of Senggigi, it's the best spot for sunsets. Spacious, clean rooms, and a great pool. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Free yoga classes, photo shoots, and an eco-farm.

Friendly staff, especially the front desk team. Thank you for your hospitality and for allowing me to have a free late check-out at 1:00 PM. Breakfast was delicious, perfect sea view from the 6th floor. There is a private beach. Quite a pleasant stay. I will definitely be coming back if I visit Lombok one day. Thank you Louis Kienne ❤️

The hotel staff is friendly, the Deluxe type rooms have a modern and nice interior.

Staff very helpful, the view was so outstanding. They have a kids' menu too for the restaurant. The pool is also really nice and quite huge. Will love to stay here again.

A memorable first experience... The hotel has a modern minimalist design with an attractive lobby and poolside area. There is also a grassy field for outdoor dinners/meetings. The gazebo provided around the area can be used for evening hangouts. The hotel room was also neat, with a soft queen-size bed and a clean bathroom. Outside the room there is a water dispenser for refilling drinking water. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. Definitely come back to stay with family 🤩😍

The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and child-friendly. The building is old but beautiful and well-maintained. Breakfast is varied and the staff are excellent.

I love every single corner of this place. So chic, and the staff are super friendly. I have to check out early in the morning before breakfast time, yet the staff gave me breakfast in a box for take-away. Will stay here again next visit

Stayed there for my transit time after a short monthly trip. That was my first time staying at Raja and I found out that this place is amazing. The ambiance, the surroundings, and everything were almost perfectly on my list. I would try the menus at the restaurant. I checked in between 6 PM and 7 PM. The staff at the afternoon shift, the girl and the boy who were in charge at that time, I do not know their names but their service was so good during that afternoon shift. There were two staff members at the restaurant at the moment. For the front desk, I love the way the staff escorted us to our room and also the girl who directly solved the problem when my Wi-Fi was stuck. Overall, I love it and will definitely come back one day.

Best resort in Lombok, my birthday staycation trip here was super awesome. With quiet and clean private beach, nice swimming pool, environment friendly architecture, green view, and friendly staff. I will go back again on my next visit.

The hotel is new and very clean. Value for money is very good. The staff are friendly from the security guard to the owner, and helpful. Assisted in renting a motorbike. The AC is good. The bedding and blanket are comfortable.

An amazing stay.. All the hotel staff are very friendly and kind.. Especially Mrs. Sasa and Mrs. Lidya are very responsive and really understand what the guests want, so everything feels very comfortable and impressive service.. Initially only wanted to stay 1 night before going to Gili Trawangan Island, but ended up staying 2 nights. The road to the beach is just crossing with a beautiful beach view. Many food sellers on the beach.. Especially fresh grilled fish and young coconut..
