Best of the best for room & pool. Recommended for stay after exploring all destinations in Lombok. We will be back again.

Great ambience and great service for hospitality. I will go there again or other Katamaram hotel chain in Indonesia. My room is a very nice villa with ocean view.

I stayed from August 9-11, 2026. All the staff were very friendly and always ready to help without being asked. The atmosphere and facilities were comfortable. The food was delicious. I requested a birthday cake for my child, and it was provided, and it was very nice. It was different from the usual.

Very friendly staff, plenty of flavors, room was cleaned and tidied up every day. The resort is beautiful and well located. Sunsets are amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ready when I arrived, clean, and I got the room that was promised (which is wonderful). The area is easily accessible to many attractions, and the entire experience staying at Merumatta is wonderful. I would come and stay here again.

Don't hesitate to stay here, especially for a family vacation. It's absolutely super duper worth it. All the hotel staff are super friendly, none of them are rude, they are always smiling and always greet you. The facilities make the kids feel at home, there is a mini zoo for the kids, the kids went back and forth three times to the mini zoo, bathed in the pool twice, there is also a pool that is quite enclosed for those who don't feel comfortable swimming in public. The food is the best, wow, it's not enough to type it all. Can't wait to come back here again, thank you for making our short vacation perfect.

The hotel is new and very clean. Value for money is very good. The staff are friendly from the security guard to the owner, and helpful. Assisted in renting a motorbike. The AC is good. The bedding and blanket are comfortable.

The ambiance is different. If you want to look for calmness, a beautiful sunset, and to wake up with a sea view, this is the perfect place, and it becomes better with great hospitality from all the staff. Great job. And I just say I'm happy to stay in this hotel.

Stayed there for my transit time after a short monthly trip. That was my first time staying at Raja and I found out that this place is amazing. The ambiance, the surroundings, and everything were almost perfectly on my list. I would try the menus at the restaurant. I checked in between 6 PM and 7 PM. The staff at the afternoon shift, the girl and the boy who were in charge at that time, I do not know their names but their service was so good during that afternoon shift. There were two staff members at the restaurant at the moment. For the front desk, I love the way the staff escorted us to our room and also the girl who directly solved the problem when my Wi-Fi was stuck. Overall, I love it and will definitely come back one day.

Good service with friendly staff. When we told the staff that we will check out early, they offered breakfast boxes and a wake-up call. This is absolutely tremendous. Recommended to stay here.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and close to the beach, perfect for a vacation for couples or families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The hotel interior is very elegant and full of ethnic palace nuances of Solo.

This place has to be busy again! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the price is affordable for a spacious room with a bathtub. Maybe it's because Senggigi isn't as busy as it used to be and everyone is heading to Central Lombok, but you should definitely try staying here!

An amazing stay.. All the hotel staff are very friendly and kind.. Especially Mrs. Sasa and Mrs. Lidya are very responsive and really understand what the guests want, so everything feels very comfortable and impressive service.. Initially only wanted to stay 1 night before going to Gili Trawangan Island, but ended up staying 2 nights. The road to the beach is just crossing with a beautiful beach view. Many food sellers on the beach.. Especially fresh grilled fish and young coconut..

I stayed at Royal Avila Lombok for 3 days and 2 nights, and honestly, I loved every moment of it! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved the view from my room overlooking the beach, and waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just perfect 🌊😍 Definitely one of those places I’d love to come back to. I’ll definitely be back for another staycation!

Best resort in Lombok, my birthday staycation trip here was super awesome. With quiet and clean private beach, nice swimming pool, environment friendly architecture, green view, and friendly staff. I will go back again on my next visit.
