The hotel staff were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. They made things very easy for us. My husband fainted in the garden, and the staff immediately helped us with a wheelchair, first aid kit, and helped us check out. The staff were all Super Special level, from the receptionist, security, and cleaning staff—everyone was exceptional. 👍👍👍

For residents of Jakarta seeking a brief staycation, as well as visitors from outside the capital, the hotel offers excellent accessibility, being conveniently situated near public transport links. This makes it both practical and appealing as a base for a short urban retreat. One of the most compelling aspects of the experience reveals itself towards the early evening. As dusk begins to settle and the skies remain clear, I would highly recommend making your way up to the rooftop. From this vantage point, one is treated to a striking panorama of Jakarta’s skyline, where towering buildings gradually illuminate the city with a captivating display of lights. It is an atmosphere that lends itself beautifully to quiet appreciation, casual dining, or simply capturing memorable photographs. The rooftop experience is further enhanced by the presence of a jacuzzi and sauna, both thoughtfully positioned to take full advantage of the surrounding views. The temperature of the facilities is well calibrated, offering a soothing and relaxing experience. Do note, however, that these amenities require prior booking, which is advisable to ensure availability. Altogether, Posto Dormire Sudirman presents a well-rounded and memorable stay, combining accessibility, comfort, and a rooftop experience that is particularly enchanting as the city transitions into night.

If I had to go back, I would. It's so comfortable. The AC is super cold. It's close to everywhere I want to go. Most importantly, the food at the restaurant is varied and delicious. It's worth it.

Those staff members, especially Nasution, and the front desk girl, Amara, are very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again in my future visit to CGK.

The restaurant offers delicious food with a wide variety, making it easy to stay for several days, as the menu varies daily. The hotel's cleanliness is very well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff is also very helpful.

A hotel that, God willing, is the best for families. The overall design is luxurious and fragrant. The staff is responsive and helpful. They have a spacious room selection. They have their own laundry room. Access to everywhere is easy because taxis are readily available. And last but not least, the gray stray cat, well-maintained by the hotel staff, is a token of their care. So sweet.

The first time my crush (soon to be husband) invited me here, I felt so happy! I had a moment alone at this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was also very nice, smart TV, close to everywhere. Every time I passed by, I felt proud of myself lol. Thank you, QNZ! It's become a fun place.

Alhamdulillah... The room was clean, had a hanging wardrobe, mineral water, coffee, sugar, and a thermos of hot water, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the water was flowing, and soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels were provided. To pray, just cross the street; there's a very nice mosque right in front of the hotel. The service was good, friendly, and there was a 24-hour front desk. Cleaning staff were available. Shopping for food was also easy, as there were various eateries around the hotel 24/7. Thamrin Mall was also close by, within walking distance, and other means of transportation were also available. Monas was close, Tanah Abang was close, and Bundaran HI was also close... Laundry services were also available nearby. In short... Everything was satisfactory, including the price. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there were no additional fees... I say jazaakullahu khairan to the hotel.
