I stayed here for business at Intertex 2026, and the location is very strategic, very close to the exhibition area. The main plus point is the shuttle bus service, so you don't have to worry about transportation or parking to the event location. The room was in very good condition, clean, tidy, and had a great view from the window. The service from the staff was also very top-notch—everyone was friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was complete and delicious (really good!). It's definitely worth it for those looking for comfort and time efficiency during the exhibition. I will definitely come back here for the next event!

Excellent Stay at the Grand Mercure Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 12 noon to leave my luggage, but since the room was already available, I was allowed to check in early. Thank you, Ms. Junisa (if I'm not mistaken). The hotel is very close to Jakarta's Jakarta Convention Center (PRJ). Highly recommended for those who frequently staycation in Jakarta.
