The overall experience was quite good. The room quality was very satisfactory: the air conditioning was very cool, the refrigerator worked well, the room was spacious, and the hot water was stable. However, there were some issues with the public facilities. Elevator waits were quite long, trolleys lacked access to the parking area, making carrying luggage inconvenient, and technicians were quite slow to respond when the TV remote stopped working. Operational improvements are needed, but room comfort remains a major positive.

There's a security guard on level G. He rudely opened a guest's bag without permission or permission. He immediately opened the bag. Please reprimand him. The person has a Javanese accent and wasn't wearing a name tag. I saw other guests doing the same.

Our two-night stay was very pleasant, although access to get out was a bit complicated due to traffic jams. So, if you're going to stay at this hotel, it's better to just enjoy the room and its facilities. I also want to give some input on cleaning the room, please vacuum the carpet too, because when cleaning it, my feet felt uncomfortable, like stepping on food crumbs. By the way, I liked the cleanliness of the room and the lighting in the room was quite bright.
