Check-in took a long time, trash was taken away. The swimming pool was not provided with an ashtray. Only 1 towel was provided, so if 2 people wanted to swim they had to bring towels from the room. The restaurant staff was unfriendly when my nephew had breakfast and wanted to bring food to the room, he was reprimanded in public, saying it was SOP, even though other guests also brought bags but were not reprimanded by the supervisor. Even though we booked 2 rooms for 3 days 2 nights (1 Executive Suite + 1 Twin Deluxe) on the top floor. Very disappointed.. even though we are not kings..? My advice in the field of hospitality services, it is highly discouraged/avoid confrontation with guests because that policy is always there.

This is my favorite hotel. I often stay here for staycations. The downside is that during weddings, the parking lot is full, and you have to climb up and down stairs. But the staff, the hotel, and everything else are great and comfortable.

We were upgraded two levels for some reason. Our non-smoking rooms were sold out, so we upgraded one level but had issues with the access door lock, and ended up upgrading another level to a junior suite. Due to the overcrowding in the restaurant, we were forced to eat standing, but we quickly found a seat. Thank you!

Room amenities, including slippers, were missing. Coffee and tea were missing, although sugar and creamer were provided. Overall, the room was soundproof, cool, and spacious, though a bit dated. Breakfast was delicious and quite varied. On Friday check-in, breakfast prices were the lowest. Access to the hotel was quite easy.

Good hotel, room comfortable. Room clean but the corridors need some cleaning. It was not quiet during the stay but okay. Staff very nice! Breakfast good but overpriced. Good for a short stay. They charge parking for taxis while dropping the clients!

Everything was safe, but when we stayed there, the elevator had a problem so we had to wait a long time to go up and down.
