Had a pleasant stay at Menara Peninsula Hotel Jakarta. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool at all times. One of the highlights of the stay was the superb view from the room, which added to the overall experience. The staff was very friendly and had flexible check-out times. Breakfast was mediocre. The buffet catering menu at the ballroom event I attended lasted two days and two nights, and the same menu was available for breakfast on both days. The variety should be increased in the future.

There's no smart TV yet, hopefully one will be available in the future. There are two TVs in the studio room, but they're digital, so the kids can't watch YouTube, but they can. Don't be left behind by hotels that cost around 400,000 rupiah and already have smart TVs.

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and grand. However, each room's amenities could use some attention, as some are rusty and old, and may need replacing for the comfort of guests. Perhaps each room could be inspected individually and there might be areas that need upgrading, although it would be difficult, to improve guest comfort.

Overall, this hotel is very comfortable. Staff are friendly. The room is also very spacious, and it has a bathtub. The breakfast is very varied with many choices and all delicious. The swimming pool is spacious, and there is a jacuzzi in the women's changing room. The only minus is one. Why isn't the TV smart? 🥲🥲 If it had Netflix, it would be even better.

Booked two rooms, checking in at 9 a.m. and moving in at 10 p.m. due to a wedding. The 16th floor was blocked, but when I tried to check in, only one room was listed on the 7th floor. I had to show proof of booking, but I finally got another room on the 18th floor, even though the two rooms were for elderly parents. There was also a smoking area.
