The staff is super friendly and smiles a lot, even the security guard is also quick and kind, which is very important for me, hahaha. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, everywhere is close and the hotel is located like in a complex so it is very safe. Will come here again if I go to Malang!!! Recommended guys 🫵🏻

The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the security also did a great job. I could do early check-in by request and they really realized it. And about the room? Oh, look at the view, I stayed in the room with mountain view in 9th floor, and the scenery was amazing. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean. The bed was also nice to sleep in, neat, and clean. It was such a wonderful experience to stay at 101. Thank you 101 ^^

A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. The best hotel in the heart of Malang. Very easy to reach, lots of entertainment and food vendors at night. Just walk to Kayutangan to find entertainment and typical Malang snacks.
