The hotel location is very near to Batam Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall, which is easily accessible. The hotel room is spacious and clean with essentials provided. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube access, etc. The buffet breakfast had quite a wide variety of foods. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The experience of staying overnight before going to Singapore was very memorable, everything was very good and perfect, from the friendly staff service, fast check-in and we left our luggage while we were in Singapore, returning again for a 3-night stay after leaving Singapore was very memorable. Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I stayed for three days for meetings and fieldwork. I wanted to charge my laptop and phone, but I didn't have a 3-prong travel plug converter with me. At 11 PM, I asked customer service where the nearest outlet sold one. The hotel/customer service immediately lent me their stock. A room attendant arrived shortly afterward to deliver the converter. Firstly, the price of this very affordable hotel is really worth staying and the facilities are really good. The staff and reception are friendly and responsive. There is also a refrigerator to store food. If there are dirty amenities, when we report it, they are hesitant to quickly replace them with new ones. The staff is also 24 hours so you can c. O at dawn. The strategic location is close to the airport and market. It is really highly recommended for a transit stay or a long stay.

The place was really nice. Enjoyed the rooftop. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The area was exciting.

The room, bed, and bed sheets are new and clean. Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water are good. It is close to Batam Center Harbour and city center. It is within walking distance, 10 min to Pasar Putih market. You can get cheap, good breakfast and lunch from morning to 2 PM. It is very near to an excellent seafood restaurant called I Love Seafood.

Always come back to this hotel. Staffs are friendly. Good location, not crowded. Clean. Room is comfy. There's a cafe with Starbucks in it. Indoor pool is top notch. Plenty of outdoor activities such as archery, billiards, kids playground.

The check-in and check-out process was easy; the staff was very hospitable, and the location was also great. I highly recommend it.
