We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the restaurants were exceptional, a special shoutout to the staff at BaiYin restaurant for terrific food and service 👍🏻. Spa services were great too! Wonderful stay!

The hotel feels like it's in the prestigious Nusa Dua area. The hotel's quiet atmosphere is perfect for a break. Thanks to Ms. Ardin who served the check-in in a friendly manner. Our room was even upgraded.

The staff is friendly and check-in is fast, even though this hotel is a bit old, the rooms are spacious and clean, the AC is cold, the water is also smooth, the wifi is also good, it is very comfortable to stay here, the most impressive thing is the welcome. The drinks are very refreshing ... recommended for those who are looking for a cheap budget hotel but the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel staff were all kind and friendly, and the hotel facilities were excellent, making it suitable for families. There was a kids' club, which kept the kids happy. The beach was very clean. Everything was great.

My 3 nights stay at Grnd Whiz Nusa Dua Bali was very memorable. Just arrived greeted with a welcome drink. Friendly Lobby staff ... fast service when checking in ... many helped to show the room I booked ... all rooms are separate like villas have their own buildings so it doesn't feel like a hotel but with hotel services ... basically satisfied staying at grand whiz nusa dua Bali.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed! If you stay here, you don't have to go anywhere else, really. I was here for 3 nights with 1 toddler and 1 infant, and very regret that I couldn't stay longer because I had to catch a flight. They have perfect service, excellent private beach, amazing kids club, huge pool, even baby sitter! We took family suite room and the kids loved it, just like we stay on a tree house or in a ship! Breakfast was vary and very delicious, they have the best cappuccino. However, if you want to order food from outside by GoFood or GrabFood, be prepare to walk to security (not in the lobby) to get it. But they can bring a package delivered to your room, and they helped us printing our documents needed for flying overseas. Plus, they have hospital right across the hotel, if you need anything emergency and taking covid test. Our stay was perfect! Definitely will comeback!

What we appreciated most was the hotel's comprehensive facilities, which cater to family needs. The atmosphere felt family-friendly, making it suitable for couples or children. The public areas were comfortable, the staff were friendly to children, and overall, it provided a pleasant stay for the whole family. We found the hotel's location, service, cleanliness, and comfort to be excellent. It's rare to find a hotel that consistently maintains this quality of service from arrival to check-out. Comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Incredible selection for breakfast buffet (included with room). Ordered one meal here and food was good, price was reasonable. Beautiful grounds. Nice pools. Located right on a nice beach. Especially enjoyed the free bicycles which we rode along the beach trail for more than an hour.

Novotel Nusa Dua is very good service. The rooms are big and clean. The environment is also beautiful. Many activities for children. The breakfast menu is also varied. Hopefully Novotel Nusa Dua always put customer satisfaction first. thanks.

I booked a two-night stay and thankfully got upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious and soundproof, even though it was pouring rain outside, it wasn't too loud inside. The food was also delicious, and most importantly, halal. 👍
