I'm a loyal customer of Neo+ Waru Hotel by Aston, having stayed there since 2021. Whenever I visit Surabaya, I always stay at Neo+. It's friendly, clean, and safe, even though it's in a very busy area. The food is as delicious as Aston.

The food is delicious, and the view is beautiful at night. The air conditioning is super cool, clean, and comfortable. Lots of complimentary options, top notch!

Luxurious experience, friendly budget! The one and only hotel in East Java with a mini beach on the rooftop. Direct access to Trans Icon Mall with so many restaurants (with 50% discount if you're a Mega CC holder). So we spent dinner and lunch at the mall, haha. Anyway, the breakfast was A! Even though it was a Monday when we had breakfast, the menu options were varied. The staff was super helpful.

The hotel is comfortable and very aesthetic. The standard rooms are quite spacious, the beds are soft, and the water heater works well. Housekeeping also comes daily, so returning to a clean room after traveling feels really good. The price is still affordable, especially if you get a promo from clicking on the location on TikTok. The location is strategic, close to the terminal, airport, and city center. There are also many food stalls around the inn, so it's easy to find food anytime. Highly recommended for those staying in Surabaya. The staff are friendly, and the service is excellent, making guests feel comfortable and at home during their stay.

Did late check-in and it went very smooth. The location is nearby the Grand Mosque of Surabaya. If you are lucky, you get a room with a city view of Surabaya, toll roads, and the Grand Mosque, which was stunning during sunset and sunrise. It is not near the city center, but it is near the Medan area where many intercity bus agents reside. So, it's a nice place to stay for bus travel transit. Within walking distance, there are streets with many traditional culinary alternatives.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

During my business trips, I resided at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the staff were proactive in resolving any issues. Highly recommended, the location is very strategic, close to culinary, Madura stalls are also close, near the Trans Icon mall, and the receptionist is also very friendly, can order for sahur too, my things were left in the package, wow I was very impressed staying here, hopefully Noesa Heritage will be even more successful, always successful, those who want to stay don't hesitate, this is my real experience staying here, the room is also spacious, fragrant and clean, great

The number 1 short escape place when you want to be alone heheh. I like the theme, even when you're alone the room isn't scary. There's a mini space to sit outside the room. It's still very comfortable at night, not scary. It's also not far to the bus stop. There's a minimarket next door and across the street

Cheap but comfortable hotel, there is warm water and breakfast with bread and free tea and coffee, perfect for bags.

The buffet dinner and breakfast are definitely worth a try. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. The room is clean, nice, and cool. When we entered, the central AC was already on. Premier Place Surabaya Airport is my first choice when looking for a hotel close to Surabaya's Juanda Airport.

Highly recommended. The room was large and clean, just like the picture. There was a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would return here if I were looking for accommodation. Oh, and it's close to the terminal and the airport. Vehicle access is also easy.
