Staying at Sienna Residence was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out time was very easy, the room was very clean, very tidy, the price was affordable not too expensive, and the food was delicious, the hotel location is very strategic not far from public facilities such as Bubulak Terminal, Gunung Harta bus pool, Laladon Terminal. Breakfast was requested for 7:00, but it arrived before 8:00. As a result, we didn't have time for breakfast. Service needs to be improved in the future. The hotel's cleanliness is also lacking.

The mattress was painful, and I immediately got a ringworm once I slept on it. It seemed like the cleanliness was lacking, it was a bit smelly, and once I lay down, I immediately got itchy red bumps on my body and face. Checkout time was also rushed, before 11 am I was already being WhatsApped, and at 12 pm there were already banging on the door. It felt like I wasn't given any time to spare.

It's strategically located on the roadside, close to IPB University. Breakfast is available starting at 7 a.m., and is delivered to your room. If you have business or work early in the morning, you won't have time to wait for breakfast from the hotel. It's best to have breakfast available starting at 6 a.m.

I always stay here every time I visit Bogor. Everything is great, from the staff, the rooms, and the housekeeping. I can only suggest that guests are given a parking card so they don't have to ask for a free parking stamp in the lobby.
