Great hotel centrally located - only a short walk from Sapporo Station. The rooftop bath was really welcome after a long journey to Japan. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight - especially the soup curry bar. We had three people so paying for a slightly larger room and a higher floor was worth the small upcharge. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff are nice and professional with good English, they are helpful and smile a lot. The room is clean with morden design, the public bath on the top floor is clean and has a great view, the breakfast buffet has many choices: ramen, curry soup, ice cream machine, etc and tasty.

This is a beautiful hotel. We loved the lounge access that came with our rooms, the amazing breakfast and the public bath experience. The staff were extremely helpful in finding options for us to get to places and to find restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.
