Cross Hotel Sapporo

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. We got the breakfast which had a good spread of food. Hotel is location about 10 minutes walk to the station so very convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating

I had a great 2 night stay at the Cross Hotel Sapporo. The hotel was well located (only a short walk to the main Susukino area). The staff was polite and very professional, the room was clean and well equipped. It had everything I needed for comfortable 2 day trip. Make sure you save time to try out the public bath on the 18th floor with views of the city!

Very great property and about a 10 minute walk from the main train stations and city. Service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was our favorite here. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Very convenient to access to the city and famous places

Less than 5 min walk from Sapporo Station. Very easy to get to Sapporo Station from New Chisote Airport. There is a 7/11 and Family Mart just across from the hotel. Lots of restaurants around the area all within 5 min walk. There is a yakitori and yakiniku place right beside the hotel but you should book ahead as they are always busy. The hotel has a public bath. If you have tattoo you should buy tattoo sticker. You can buy this from the DonQuiote in Sapporo about 15min walk from the hotel. There are two message chairs next to the public bath area with view of Sapporo city. Bath also has view of city but the windows are foggy due to the steam from hot bath. Staff are very friendly. You can leave your luggage at hotel if you arrive before the 3pm check in and come back later to check in. There is also a shower and bath in room. Room was very clean and beds are comfortable. Tv is a good size and can access YouTube or connect to your device. The location of this hotel is perfect! So close to so many things and easy enough to walk around.

Air-conditioning system not very good as it is a central system and old system thus if the hotel choose to have a temperature fixed for heating the individual guest is not able to adjust to their liking. So at such I found it very stuffy. However they are kind enough to offer me a larger room to enable my comfort.

Close to JR station and shopping centers. Excellent service.

Every aspect of the hotel was perfect. Except the breakfast was so so.

The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The Food menu offered something for everyone both Western and Japanese preferences. The hotel is close walking distance to most shopping and tourist locations and close to all metro transportation. I would definitely stay at the Cross Hotel again!!!

The baths on the 18th floor were excellent! We also enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast - over many visits we never had a wait to sit down and food was always plentiful and of good quality.

Walking distance to train station and sunway station.

There are many Asian travellers. Speak loudly, stand around blocking..... And noise at night. I knew this is not the hotel mistake. But this is what happened

Average property. Rooms were small and lack hanging or storage space. Staff and service were excellent though. Made up for everything.
