Clean room, good breakfast and express check in check out

Very accessible to Odori Park and Sapporo Station. Great staff and well kept hotel. Rooms are always cleaned.

Our stay had a few positives, but several issues left us genuinely frustrated. The room size was good, but the fact that the temperature can’t be individually controlled is inconvenient and frankly surprising for a hotel of this level. It’s not something that ruined the stay, but it absolutely affected our comfort. The lounge experience was the most disappointing. On our first visit, the table lamp at our seating area didn’t work, which made the space feel poorly maintained. On our second visit, we picked up a complimentary non-alcoholic drink to take back to our room. The bartender stopped us and insisted we return it due to lounge rules. Fine—rules are rules, and we respected that. What was not fine was what happened moments later. As we got into the elevator, two other guests walked in with the exact same drinks in hand—drinks they were clearly allowed to take without any issue. Whether it was because they knew the staff or simply because they were treated differently for another reason, the inconsistency was hard to overlook. Being held to a rule that others are free to ignore feels unfair and leaves a bad taste, far more so than the rule itself. Overall, while the hotel has some good qualities, the uneven service and lack of attention to detail genuinely undermined our experience. For the price point, I expected much better.

The room was very clean and the staff was attentive to our needs. Access to the lounge was awesome as they had great snacks and drinks.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms are clean, though beds weren’t my favorite. Service and staff were great.

Friendly staff, nice lounge for relaxing during their happy hour, plenty of Japanese and western breakfast options on their buffet. Only downside was the music at breakfast (a little much in the morning). Comfortable room, reasonable size by Japanese standards.

Hotel was walking distance from the Sapporo Station and to most of the downtown sights. Loved the lounge access which enabled us to enjoy a glass of wine/sake with local delicacies. I highly recommend upgrading to get this benefit. The room was definitely more spacious than our rooms in Tokyo and Kyoto. Loved how the hotel showcase local goods and ingredients. Staff was super kind and friendly. Will come back with our kids here someday!

Clean good location

Very clean and roomy, breakfast is good.

Hotel was great and staff were super nice, but it was strange that we couldn’t use the hotel bar/restaurant without paying about $33 CAD an hour just to sit there. Our room apparently didn’t qualify, and there weren’t any perks included—it was just to have access. Kind of disappointing since it makes guests have to leave hotel for a drink instead of relaxing and spending money at the hotel. For this reason it would stop me from returning. Buffet brekfast was very good!

We like the convenience of the location. The staff was very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay at this hotel if and when we return to Sapporo.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and attentive. Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast buffet was excellent, large variety of Japanese and Western food.
