The hotel is large and very clean. The staff provide polite and impressive service. There are plenty of facilities available inside the building. The room size is suitable for two guests. The room is decorated in a minimalist style, creating a simple and comfortable atmosphere, and it also offers a nice outside view. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job of keeping the room clean. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

If you're in Osaka, stay here. It's very close to shopping and Dotonbori, with the station right below the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I had a great experience staying in Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka - Namba. Easy check-in, clean room, and friendly staff. The hotel is only 1 minute from Dotonbori, and 5 minutes to Kuromon Market.

Love to stay here! Only 3 mins to Dotonbori, 2 mins to Donki, next to Seven Eleven, also near to Shinsaibashi, Namba Station and others. Great!

The location is fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable for 3 pax. It is not necessary to include breakfast when you book the room as there is a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby. Highly recommended this hotel if you come to Osaka.

Unforgettable stay we had at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka! The location is just next to Namba Parks Mall, you can even easily go to the Mall from the 2nd floor. The hotel also offers TukTuk ride to Namba station, my son LOVES it, especially having Andy (the super kind and friendly concierge guy of the Hotel) to ride him there! The room is very clean, and as we chose the corner premium room, we got fabulous view to the parks! For sure we will definitely go back and stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka next time we go to Osaka!

I booked a total of 6 rooms in this hotel for my business trip agenda in Osaka. The hotel location is perfect, nearby to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi area, where there are a lot of food and shopping stores. I really love the room which is spacious, and also they have a very good breakfast menu selection.

Favorite hotel in Osaka! Perfect for the Dotonbori area. Our family is very happy because we chose this hotel, the location is very strategic, the rooms are spacious and comfortable 💯💯 outside the hotel there is a family mart, takoyaki and other delicious foods. This is in the Dotonbori area from here to Shinsaibashi super close 😍 to Glico man is also very close to take pictures. Because this hotel is so strategic, we can go back and forth to the hotel if we are tired, we can rest and then we can go out again 😄 and of course save on transportation budget hihi.
