All the hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower was okay, easy access to the Pasar Seni LRT (just a short walk), lots of legendary food around the hotel, close to Central Market and Petaling Street. It was a pleasure!

This is a genuine Kuala Lumpur transit hotel. The service is excellent. The receptionists are very friendly, smiling, and kind. The rooms are very clean, and there's a great view of the KL Tower. I really enjoyed staying at City Central Hotel because it is strategically located for tourists, across from the NU Sentral mall and directly connected to KL Sentral station, which is one of the main transit points for public transportation, which in my personal opinion is an important point because it makes it easier to travel. The service was excellent, the receptionist was friendly and the bellboy was also very responsive and friendly. The welcome drink was very refreshing and there was also a gallon for refilling drinking water which was very useful. The room was comfortable, the power outlets and other electronic devices worked well. Overall, I was happy and comfortable while staying at City Central Hotel. If I have the opportunity to visit Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely stay at City Central Hotel.

There was an Indian female receptionist who was very friendly and helpful at check-in and when I asked to change rooms to be closer to each other for two rooms.

I had a really great experience staying in My City Hotel because the room was clean, especially the bathroom was superb: clean with good light and comfortable... The extra was it's near the MRT of Masjid Jamek (just a few steps), there were so many food stalls around it, just a few meters from Mydin and Haniffa to buy Beryl's chocolate, coffee, teabags as a gift from Malaysia, and near Masjid Jamek and other tourism spots (could be reached on foot easily).

This hotel is really good for its price! The location is really good, the LRT station is only 3 minutes away by walking and it's close to most of the tourist attractions. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely excellent!

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The view was amazing, and the proximity to KL Sentral had me sold. Beyond expectation given the price of a night stay. Perfect for getting some rest before/after travelling to/from KL Sentral.

The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

The staff are friendly, can speak Indonesian, the room is clean, you can get a room with a city view, there is a massage chair that you can use when you are tired from walking around.

The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️

My family really likes this hotel, from the moment we entered the room everyone was wowed because the room design is beautiful and feels very comfortable. From the hotel it is very close to walk to Petronas Tower. Next time I go to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel is well maintained though it has been around for many years. Certainly value for money as the room is clean, big enough, and comfortable for two. The complementary buffet breakfast was superb with a good variety of local and western food. Will certainly stay there again for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.
