This trip to KL was truly awesome... From the hotel accommodation at the Grand Suites at Berjaya Times Square, the host who attended us, he's so efficient, accommodating, and very friendly... The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for tourists looking for a nice hotel in the Bencoolen and Bugis area. One of the highlights was the convenience—there's a 7-Eleven on-site, making it easy to grab snacks or any essentials. The hotel is also well-connected, with Rochor MRT station nearby and two bus stops right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the tap water is drinkable, and the hot water runs smoothly, making it perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, a great place to stay for both comfort and convenience!

Hotel Bencoolen is a fantastic mid-range choice. The rooms are clean and efficient, but the real winner is the location—walking distance to the MRT and great local food. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. Excellent value for money in the heart of the city!

We had a 3-night stay and it was a pleasure. The room is spacious for 2 people, and each of us still had our own personal space. There are basic amenities in the room. The location is good, near a convenience store, restaurants, souvenir shops, and about an 8-minute walk from Bugis MRT station.

We received a warm welcome from the front staff, and the housekeeping staff have been helpful and attentive. Most of all, the staff are courteous and cheerful. We were greeted within the hotel compound.
