This is my first visit to Singapore since the COVID-19 pandemic, and I was surprised to find a comfortable, spacious, and cozy hotel room, with easy access to the MRT (Lavender) and dining options right next door (halal food)... I think I’ll stay here again if I visit Singapore in the future!

We had a 3-night stay and it was a pleasure. The room is spacious for 2 people, and each of us still had our own personal space. There are basic amenities in the room. The location is good, near a convenience store, restaurants, souvenir shops, and about an 8-minute walk from Bugis MRT station.

I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Singapore on 5 March. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were very professional and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and the location was amazing. Close to MRT and all the attractions we had planned. The staff were accommodating and although we didn't require much they were happy to help. Booked through this site and they offered us an upgraded room on a higher floor, so views were nice. The room is very tiny and we weren't able to move around much, but that is common in these types of hotels in Singapore, so we knew before we got there. Hotel is very basic and has no dining options, but we were 1 stop away from Chinatown and hawker centres so we wouldn't have eaten there anyway. There are tons of restaurants on the river front all within walking distance as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget. Hotels in Singapore are quite expensive and not as good a value as some other Asian countries, so don't compare, but if you want to stay in Singapore, this is a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again next time we come.

The upgraded accommodations were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully thought out for maximum comfort. The service throughout my stay was truly top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse range of options. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia exceeded all my expectations. View and breakfast was good but overall hotel needs a refurbishment. Signs of age all over from lifts to the room itself. Sound proofing was surprisingly poor for a 5 star property. Good price with promo codes but otherwise, you'll get more value for money at other neighbouring properties.
