I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2024, and every 2–3 months whenever I visit Singapore, I always choose to stay here. The service has consistently been excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They always make me feel comfortable and welcomed, which is why I keep coming back. As usual, staying at Mi Hotel Bencoolen was amazing. This was our second stay here, and it remains our favorite. While the main reason we initially chose this hotel was the bidet, we returned because of the fantastic overall experience. The location is top-notch and incredibly accessible. From Changi Airport, it is only one MRT transfer away, and the Bencoolen station exit is just a short walk from the hotel doors. Getting around is just as easy; it's close to the Downtown and Circle MRT lines, and only a few steps away from multiple bus stops that can take you anywhere in Singapore with ease. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and offered enough space. This time, we tried the balcony room, which had a lovely view—perfect for hanging out at night (it’s nice during the day, too, but the Singapore weather is quite hot!). A major highlight remains the bidet, which many hotels in Singapore do not provide. Lastly, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, as always; they even let us check in early. Overall, it was another great experience at Mi Hotel Bencoolen, and we won’t be looking for any other hotel for our next visit!

The upgraded accommodations were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully thought out for maximum comfort. The service throughout my stay was truly top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse range of options. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia exceeded all my expectations. At the end of 2025, my family and my siblings' families vacationed in Singapore. We stayed at the Ascott Raffles Place Hotel for five days. During our stay, we visited almost all of Singapore's tourist attractions, including Jewel, the Singapore Zoo, Universal Studios Singapore, Gardens by the Bay, Orchard Road, Geylang, Lau Pa Sat, and more. We all had a very enjoyable and memorable vacation in Singapore.
