As usual, staying at Mi Hotel Bencoolen was amazing. This was our second stay here, and it remains our favorite. While the main reason we initially chose this hotel was the bidet, we returned because of the fantastic overall experience. The location is top-notch and incredibly accessible. From Changi Airport, it is only one MRT transfer away, and the Bencoolen station exit is just a short walk from the hotel doors. Getting around is just as easy; it's close to the Downtown and Circle MRT lines, and only a few steps away from multiple bus stops that can take you anywhere in Singapore with ease. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and offered enough space. This time, we tried the balcony room, which had a lovely view—perfect for hanging out at night (it’s nice during the day, too, but the Singapore weather is quite hot!). A major highlight remains the bidet, which many hotels in Singapore do not provide. Lastly, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, as always; they even let us check in early. Overall, it was another great experience at Mi Hotel Bencoolen, and we won’t be looking for any other hotel for our next visit!

I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2024, and every 2–3 months whenever I visit Singapore, I always choose to stay here. The service has consistently been excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They always make me feel comfortable and welcomed, which is why I keep coming back. This hotel has truly become my go-to place whenever I’m in Singapore. Everything about the stay has always been pleasant, and I really appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. I wanted to point out their service. My dad injured his ankle outside the hotel area. However, we still get the highest support and attention from the staff. Staff also regularly checks our condition during the stay, provides a wheelchair and a first aid. They even gave us some snacks to lift up our mood.

View and breakfast was good but overall hotel needs a refurbishment. Signs of age all over from lifts to the room itself. Sound proofing was surprisingly poor for a 5 star property. Good price with promo codes but otherwise, you'll get more value for money at other neighbouring properties.

At the end of 2025, my family and my siblings' families vacationed in Singapore. We stayed at the Ascott Raffles Place Hotel for five days. During our stay, we visited almost all of Singapore's tourist attractions, including Jewel, the Singapore Zoo, Universal Studios Singapore, Gardens by the Bay, Orchard Road, Geylang, Lau Pa Sat, and more.
