This was my second stay at Pan Pacific Singapore for a staycation. On both occasions we booked a deluxe room and were allocated rooms on the 9th floor. We enjoyed the stay especially my 4 year old boy who enjoyed the spacious room (plenty of space to move around and he could bounce on the bed) and we booked a slot each day at the swimming pool. The service was good both at check-in and during breakfast. There is direct access to Marina Square if you desire shopping and dining options. It is also conveniently located. We walked to King Seafood at Tan Quee Lan Street for dinner during our stay and brought back dessert from Ah Chew Desserts at Liang Seah Street.

You forever can’t get in touch with their front desk staff. Even if you have urgent thing to ask. Nobody will pick up your call.

It was a birthday staycation and the hotel prepared a surprise - chocolate tart and decorations! The newly renovated room and lobby area looks gorgeous. There was a queue during check-in (around 3pm, on a Friday). But it was moving fast as there were 4 check-in counters. It’s a pity that the Club Lounge is closed. So evening cocktails are served every 45 mins with the staff going room to room. That’s great personalized service as an alternative. The gym and pool appears to be well-maintained and were not very crowded. Breakfast at Ginger was enjoyable with attentive and friendly staff, though I hope that there was more variety in the breakfast selections. It was a great stay with Park Royal on Beach Road and would definitely recommend (10/10!) anyone to stay!

Check in process was a bit of a pain. Think I keyed in my email at least 4 times. View was awesome and the room was really comfy. Pool was fully booked the whole weekend we were there though there are periods where it looked rather empty.... bit of a shame. Breakfast buffet selection should be better. Wanted to watch some Netflix but the TV didn’t allow casting. We stuck to the food channels (which were pretty great actually) as a result lol.
