Take a Circle Line MRT train to Promenade Station and take Exit A after leaving the train. When you're out of the station, you'll see a crossroads on your left. Cross the intersection and take Temasek Avenue. You will see the flyer on your left when you come to the next intersection. It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to get there.
