I stayed at the Mi Bencolen hotel for the fourth time. I was happy because the MRT station was very close. There is also a bus station that can go directly to Changi Airport. For passengers who need to catch their morning flight, the bus was ready at 05:37 am and arrived in Changi at 06:20 am. It was very comfortable and easy.

The staff were so friendly. They allowed me to enter the room two hours early. They were always smiling. Rooms and other areas were so clean. Accessibility is crazy good. Easy to get a taxi and very near to two MRT stations. The room is compact and a pretty usual Singapore hotel room.

Check-in before 3:00 PM because the room is ready. The check-in process is fast and easy. The staff is very helpful, we can borrow an iron and leave our luggage after check-out. I also asked for help heating food, and they were able to help. In the lobby there are free ice cube/ice water refills. In the room there is a bidet and premium tap water refills. The location is very strategic: close to the MRT station, bus stop, mosque, food court, Seven Eleven, and bicycle rentals. The street in front of the hotel is also very quiet and comfortable. Suitable for traveling with children because the atmosphere is not noisy. However, the room is not soundproof because some parts of the walls use partition-like materials.

My first stay in Singapore! Very close to the Bencoeloen MRT, convenient and easy to get everywhere. There's a coffee shop right in front of the hotel, next to the Bencoeloen Mosque, and across the street is a food court and Sevel. The staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Firdaus, who helped us check in early. The bespectacled staff who opened the door was also friendly, helping with luggage storage and guiding us. The facilities are standard, most importantly the bathroom has a bidet, but it's not very soundproof. We were a bit confused because the laundry facilities require coins. Public facilities include a pool and gym, but we didn't have time to use them because we were busy exploring the city!

This hotel is very clean, near from Bencoolen MRT station, yes you just walk for 2 minutes. It has a bidet in the bathroom, so for Indonesians like us, it’s precious. It has filtered drinking water for refilling your tumbler 😍. The staff is very helpful and explains every detail for the room. My reservation included breakfast, and yes we couldn’t eat there because it’s not halal. But we could still take the fruit and boiled eggs 😁. In the lobby, there is an ice cube machine, it’s awesome for the hot weather outside 🥰

I had an okay experience staying here. The location of the hotel is very strategic, quite close to reach MRT Bencoolen and Bras Basah. But, the room size is very small, considering I brought my husband and daughter as well, it's harder to even open our luggage. But the staff is kind & helpful. So I will consider coming back if I travel solo/with two people in a room.

All the staff are so lovely and enthusiastic. The room is neat, well-equipped, and conveniently located, making it easy to reach the food court for brunch, dinner, or supper. It is suitable for couples and families. However, I found a hair on the table, which indicates a need for better cleaning. I might stay in this hotel again in November 2026.

A hotel close to everything. There's a food court across the street (from Lazada One), and a short walk to a complex selling Thai, Vietnamese, and burgers. It's also close to the MRT station and bus stop, just a short walk away. It's also close to a mosque. Overall, everything is fine here; the only downside is the room size, which is quite limited. But if you're on vacation and the hotel is just for sleeping, it's not a problem.
