The hotel is modern and clean, and my room was actually a good size, comfortable and well designed (probably depends on the room type). Good for short stays or if you’ll be out exploring most of the time. Overall a nice, convenient stay.

The hotel staff is very helpful, when checking out my child left his watch behind, and we moved to a new hotel and remembered, finally we just called the receptionist to confirm that it was missing and it turned out it was there and we went back to the hotel to get the watch. Even though our language skills are limited, the hotel staff is very helpful. Other hotels, if your language is difficult to understand, they are indifferent. Thank you, Royal Hotel. Oh yes, the location is very strategic, in front of a large road and right out there is a Chinese street food town. Above the hotel there is a balcony that is free for hotel residents to enter

This Ibis hotel is different from other Ibis I've spent staycation at Jakarta and Bali before. The significant difference was on the comfortable spacious room interior. Other benefits are more, like the hi-speed strong Wi-Fi connection up to the outdoor area that helped me a lot during my business trip - delicious breakfast menus with longer time limit until 10.30 AM - fantastic cruise ship night view at the restaurant outdoor area - nearby 7-Eleven and local restaurants - and above all: end-to-end great hospitality service. Stay 11-15 May, the staff were able to cooperate well when our friend lost a few items in her room. Their response with the police was excellent. During the thorough inspection of the room conducted by all parties, it turned out that the owner found the item inside his own bag. The hotel is safe, the staff are highly responsible and well‑educated, serving customers with professionalism. Fully recommended hotel.

There are selections of franchises (Starbucks, KFC, etc) nearby. If you are hungry for tasty and affordable local food, "Mama Mia" and "Cheaper & Better" are available within 5-7 minutes walk. We love the choices of pillows given in the room, either 'soft' type or 'firm' type. This provides a heavenly sleep throughout the night. The gym facilities are basic for good sweat out and to burn the fats over the holidays. :) Keep it up! We are looking forward to come again soon. Thank you for the awesome experience!!
