Wonderful hotel, luxurious experience and great service. I have no complains about the stay. The view of the walking street was great, and I could see Bitexco tower from my room. Central location right on the walking street, and there’s a cinema nearby for late night movies. Concierge was friendly, they helped with the luggages and restaurant reservation. The hotel also has a “pillow menu” from which you can choose from a variety of pillows. TV channels were sufficient. Minibar offering was good. Bathtub and bathroom view were fantastic. There’s some noise from the ongoing music festival, but that stopped around 11pm and did not disturb my sleep at all since the King bed was so comfortable.

Luxury hotel in a prime location, within easy walking distances of shopping centres, restaurants, and Ben Thanh market. The staff are courteous and friendly. We stayed in a junior suite, which is spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. We had access to the club lounge and the evening canapes and drinks were excellent, and the service was attentive.

My wife and I are world travelers and The Reverie Saigon Hotel is one of the best 5-star hotels that we’ve stayed in. Everything at the Reverie Saigon Hotel was outstanding and exceeded expectations. Our room had a perfect view of the river below, which immensely enhanced our experience: This was our first trip to Vietnam and the hotel was a very welcoming facility which gave us an outstanding impression and a lot of goodwill towards Vietnam. What a great representation for the great city of Ho Chi Minh.
