The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful in some concerns such as when to check in and check out, the location is strategic, the view is very nice and the place to stay is very clean and has complete facilities (hairdryer, refrigerator, etc.).

I've been a regular every time I go to Batam, I always stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. I can request an early check-in, as I usually check out early in the morning depending on the flight/ship schedule for my next destination. Yesterday, the refrigerator wasn't cold, but after I told the owner, they immediately replaced it. It's great. I'll definitely come back here again in the future. 😍

Starting from check-in, I was very satisfied until I entered the room, it was amazing, it really matched what I read in the review, I was only in transit for a day but it was a shame to leave because I could rest comfortably with my family. There were 8 of us, it was perfect with the facilities, there were 3 rooms and all the facilities in the room were functioning well👍👍👍 very complete, even the eating and cooking equipment .... Highly recommended for families with many members. One of the most convenient places to stay during my vacation. The room is on the same level as the pool. Everything you can get under one roof, from food to massage to barber, is all there. And the response to any fault is almost immediately rectified. I really enjoyed my stay there. Will be back for sure.
