Always stay here because of the friendliness of all the staff who are very helpful in checking in and also at any time they can be helped to be taken to the bus to the airport, the room is clean and the toiletries are complete with toothbrushes, highly recommend this hotel besides the location is very strategic for me who brings parents with limitations to walk long distances because the access is very easy and very close to the mall and MRT.

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

Very close to Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral... Just a short walk, very close. It's really nice to be close to KL Sentral... You can transit everywhere. If you're coming from KLIA, you can get off at KL Sentral and then just walk to the hotel... Then if you want to go to KLIA, it's the same, just go to KL Sentral, you can take the KLIA Express or take the bus to the airport. The hotel is quite affordable but comfortable enough to rest. There are lots of Indian food restaurants around there. Then if you book with breakfast... You get a meal coupon at a restaurant that has to walk a bit... There are menu options for breakfast. Seven Eleven is around the hotel... Just a short walk. The cleaning service is good, very clean for cleaning the room. Complete toiletries... The AC is very cold... There is an elevator too... Check in is fast, there is a tourism tax if I'm not mistaken, MYR 10 per night that must be paid upon check in... There is free Wi-Fi too. It's good, it's fun to stay there at a very affordable price.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and prayer mats were provided in the rooms for prayer. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The hotel is close to NU Sentral Mall, restaurants, and shopping areas.

I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a very good experience here.

Comfortable, clean and very strategic hotel. The location is right in front of KL Sentral. The hotel is next to Nasi Kandar Haji Tapah Restaurant which is very delicious and clean. My family and I will stay here again.
