It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.

Very close to KL Sentral station. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was also friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly, making our stay at City Central Hotel comfortable. Breakfast was served with a voucher for ABC Bistro Resto, a 1-minute walk to the left from the hotel. The food was delicious. Thank you.

The staff are friendly every time you meet them, they’ve been so helpful. The room was more than okay for me, there’s a refrigerator, praying mat, bathroom with essentials and hot water. The staff even helped us bring our luggage to KL Sentral when we checked out. Definitely worth and recommended!

I had a pleasant one-night stay at St. Giles Boulevard. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, providing a good night’s rest. What really stood out was the breakfast—a wide variety of choices, fresh and delicious, with both local and international options that left a great impression. The staff were courteous and efficient, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Perfect for a short stay, especially if you value a hearty breakfast to start the day.

Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

It was a pleasure birthday staycation with Alila Bangsar. I got a free birthday cake and that was out of my expectation. What a thoughtful gesture from Alila. I love the spacious room/bathroom space. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The view was amazing, and the proximity to KL Sentral had me sold. Beyond expectation given the price of a night stay. Perfect for getting some rest before/after travelling to/from KL Sentral.

We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower was okay, easy access to the Pasar Seni LRT (just a short walk), lots of legendary food around the hotel, close to Central Market and Petaling Street. It was a pleasure!

Good place to stay at Bangsar South area, Kuala Lumpur. Near to restaurants, Nexus, and Sphere. What a wonderful place. Near to Gateway Mall and LRT Kerinchi and University. The facilities are complete: washer, dryer, gym, swimming pool, games area, etc.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly, it's close to KL Sentral so it's easy to get around, the check-in and check-out process is easy, it's not difficult to find a place to eat, basically everything is good.

I stayed in room 214 last week. The service was just as excellent as my previous visits. This was actually my third time staying here.

Friendly staff. Since I was bringing children and elderly parents, I requested a connecting room. After checking in, I was called to check on my room. It exceeded my expectations, with a spacious and comfortable room and filtered drinking water. The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to Alor and several nearby convenience stores. It's within walking distance to Lot 10 and Pavilion. I'll definitely be back if I visit KL again.
