It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The view was amazing, and the proximity to KL Sentral had me sold. Beyond expectation given the price of a night stay. Perfect for getting some rest before/after travelling to/from KL Sentral.

Our stay at Hotel Royal Signature was outstanding from start to finish. The Executive Suite (got a room with a view of 118 Tower), Executive Plus, and Executive King rooms were modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, delivering true 5-star comfort. The executive lounge was another highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. A special mention goes to the thoughtful honeymoon setup arranged in the Executive King room, which created a memorable and romantic experience for the newlyweds. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Special thanks to Arif (Reservations), Justin and Amir (Reception), and Pei (Executive Lounge) for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The only area with room for improvement would be the buffet breakfast and in-room dining menu. While the selection was decent, we felt the overall taste and quality of some dishes could be enhanced to better match the hotel's otherwise exceptional 5-star standards. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Royal Signature for family gatherings, celebrations, special occasions, or a luxurious city stay. We look forward to returning.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the TV worked, the shower was okay, easy access to the Pasar Seni LRT (just a short walk), lots of legendary food around the hotel, close to Central Market and Petaling Street. It was a pleasure!

We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. I have been staying in Myhotel KL Sentral for more than 8 times. It is strategically located, clean, and the staff are friendly. The room that I was given this time was a clean one and not so noisy. Although can still hear sounds of motorcycles or people talking below the unit, but this is acceptable for the money we pay. I strongly recommend this hotel for a short trip in KL!

The hotel's location is strategic and quiet, between Chinatown and Bukit Bintang. Near KK minimarket and 7Eleven, also Plaza Rakyat LRT station. It has a drop off area so it's safe to get on and off Grab. The room is very clean and well-maintained, with a bonus of getting a direct view of the Merdeka 118 tower. The bathroom is clean, the water heater works well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early because there were rooms available.
