The room was not clean - my 10 month nephew found gummy bears and skittles on the floor. The doona had no covers and had a number of "suspect" stains, clearly not washed between guests. Room had no bowls or cutlery. We were kept awake by people upstairs doing the deed for hours. Questionable if it was a s3x worker as it was between 9pm-3am with the sound of doors opening and closing.
The only positive thing was the bathroom was nice and clean with prime location to our needs.

The staff were so helpful and excellent. But the carpets need a really good clean. Very sticky and a bit gross. The rest of the hotel was very clean and perfect for a family visiting Canberra

Below average and very dirty carpets, rooms, linen and stained curtains.
No one cleaned the rooms or replenished towels and toilet paper. Needed to request every day. Staff can’t speak English.

Booked room for 4 adult males ( double , single and twin bunks ) arrived and was allocated 2 twin queen beds ! Asked to change said they did but was given the same room again ( was informed there was a hard water issue and wasn’t sent a email informing situation which was booked 6 months previously luckily a family swapped eooms with us
